Terms & Conditions for Claiming Warranty:

1. Product Verification:
   a. As a customer, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery and ensure that it is in proper working condition.
   b. Before proceeding with a warranty claim, please ensure that the product is indeed faulty and experiencing the issue you have mentioned.

2. Support Ticket:
   a. To initiate a warranty claim, you must raise a support ticket through our designated customer support channels.
   b. Provide accurate and detailed information about the product and the issue you are experiencing.

3. Courier Pick-up:
   a. If our support team determines that your warranty claim is valid, our designated courier partner will arrange a pick-up from your doorstep.
   b. Please ensure that the faulty product is properly packaged and ready for collection at the scheduled time.

4. Product Inspection:
   a. Upon receiving the faulty product at our facility, our technician team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported issue.
   b. We will make all reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue as stated in your warranty claim.

5. Valid Warranty Claims:
   a. If our technician team confirms that the product exhibits the reported issue and it falls within the warranty coverage, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacement, as per our warranty policy.
   b. There will be no additional charges for valid warranty claims.

6. Invalid Warranty Claims:
   a. If our technician team determines that the product does not exhibit the reported issue or it is not covered under the warranty, you will be informed accordingly.
   b. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying a courier charge of Rs. 150 for returning the product to you in its original condition.

7. Dispatch of Product:
   a. In the case of a valid warranty claim, once the repairs or replacement are completed, we will dispatch the product to your specified address.
   b. The product will be sent back to you in the same condition or better, depending on the nature of the repair or replacement.

8. Customer Responsibilities:
   a. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the product and the issue during the warranty claim process.
   b. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your warranty claim.

9. Warranty Limitations:
   a. Our warranty policy does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or any other factors beyond normal use.
   b. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

10. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi
